To keep prices low and to put more money towards Echo's journey I don't pay for an online store. However, you can contact me any time to order items for pick up or shipment. Or if you are in the Norwalk, Ohio area you can see all my current in stock items by requesting a private viewing or hosting a viewing party.

The first step will be for you to email me your photos. Once I have received your photos it will then take approximately 2-4 days to complete your product. 

Once we have discussed and finalized the design, materials, and colors you desire for your tote bag, handbag, backpack, or book art gift I will make sure I have all the materials and supplies needed to complete your custom design. This process can take approximately 1-3 days. Once all materials are on hand it will then take 1-2 weeks to complete the process of making your item. 

Shipping on all jewelry products is just $5.00 per order for regular shipping. (Items will come in clear bags.) Or have your items shipped in Gift Boxes for $8.00. (Each item will come in it's own charming gift box.) Items will be mailed via USPS. It normally takes approx. 3-5 business days depending on your location and holidays. 

Shipping on all Totes, Handbags, and backpacks is just $8.95 per item and just $2.00 more per additional item. Items will be mailed via USPS. It normally takes approx. 3-5 business days depending on your location and holidays. 

Due to the weight and size of some of the book art and the size of the boxes and the packing materials needed to insure your items arrive safely and undamaged shipping and handling is $12.95 per item. Items will be mailed via USPS. It normally takes approx. 3-5 business days depending on your location and holidays. 

You have a couple of choices. You can come to Norwalk and pick up your order directly from me. Or we can schedule a time to meet somewhere close to where you live when I am going to be in your area. Just send me a text or email or give me a call to schedule a pick up! 

Yes! You can purchase gift certificates in the amounts of $5, $10, $20, $25, and $50. You can purchase them in person or online & over the phone via Paypal and have them shipped to another person as a gift. 

You can host a viewing party by simply inviting friends and family over for your own party where I will bring my product collection to you and allow them to browse and shop within your home. You would receive a percentage of the profits made from the party based on the number of people in attendance. 10% for 5-10 people (A minimum of 5), 20% for 11-20 people, 25% for 21-30 people, 30% for 31-40 people. 

Should your item break within the first 14 days simply contact me to have it replaced or fixed free of charge. If it can not be replaced or fixed a refund will be granted.
