Hello!
My name is Kat and I am one half of a Therapy Dog Team. Echo, a sweet, loving Great Pyrenees is a Certified Therapy Dog and the other half of our team. Together we travel all over so she can provide comfort, support, love and joy to those in need locally and across the U.S.
Therapy Dog Team's do not get paid, do not accept donations, never charge for their services, and work happily as volunteers. But, as you can imagine, it does involve quite a lot of actual expenses for us to do what we do. Travel expenses alone can be high.
So I create and sell my items to help fund the wonderful work that Echo does. From visiting hospitals, libraries, schools, disaster areas, and so many others places to helping de-stress the dedicated paramedics, first responders, firefighters, and nurses and doctors that service our communities every day. We also work with the Red Cross, Stein Hospice Childrens Camp, go to military events, and give educational programs and so much more. No matter where she goes, or the reason she is there, her visits are truly appreciated and impactful.
That's why every extra penny I can make for her to do what she does is so important. This is my way of helping her help others!
